There is always action at work, and due to his 3 children, after work as well! However, his favourite way to end the day is with a glass of red wine, preferably in the sun of his home country Portugal.

Britta took over the accounting at actcon in July 2021. Whether with needle and thread or saw and wood, Britta always finds something to give her creative spirit free rein. When things need to move quickly, she likes to spend some time on her Vespa.

Ulf has been working in the personnel service sector since completing his studies in 2007, and is responsible for customer support and recruiting at actcon, specializing in direct personnel placement. If he still has time after entertaining his three daughters, he likes to take the opportunity to play a round of Civilization on his computer. On his commute to the office, he likes to listen to podcasts or metalcore.

Tugce is the newest member of our team and has been a permanent part of actcon since August 2022. She actively supports the recruiting department. She not only spreads a good mood, but also something to snack on. One of her hobbies is baking and we all have something of that in the team.
Tugce is currently on parental leave but is expected to return to actively support us in 2026.

Thanks to his extensive experience in personnel services and his Master and Bachelor degrees, there are no questions he can't answer. Christian is not only fast and reliable in the office, but also on two wheels in the mountains.

Holger has been working in the IT and personnel services industry for over 25 years and, as Senior Sales Manager at actcon, ensures that projects and customer relationships run smoothly. As a team player, he always has an open ear—for employees, colleagues, and our customers alike. After work, he often turns his attention to culinary delights: whether at the stove or the grill—the main thing is to be creative. Holger loves everything to do with good food. And because you have to earn all those delicacies, he regularly heads to the tennis court.

Dong has been working in the personnel services industry since 2013 and joined the actcon team in 2017. At actcon, he is responsible for sales with new and existing customers as well as contracting. When the laptop is shut down, Dong goes to the cooker and likes to conjure up diverse and international cuisines, which of course aren’t complete without a homemade cocktail.

Milo is responsible for contracting and key account management. After successfully completing his bachelor degree, he joined the actcon team in 2018. Even after the office, Milo always has something going on. When he's not on the football pitch with his team, he can be found behind the DJ booth playing music.

Kai has been working in the personnel services industry since 2010 and has been part of the actcon team since 2021. He is responsible for recruiting and customer support. Kai, who has been living in the Bergisches Land region since 2017, loves to spend his free time with his family and friends. When his kids aren't keeping him busy, he likes to pick up either a guitar or a game controller.

Pascal started his apprenticeship at actcon in 2020. During his training he has gained experiece in recruiting, sales and even accounting. In his free time he plays in a football club, volunteers at a carnival club and enjoys the forest air together with his wife and two daughters.
