Off to Sweden

Inspiring and convincing new customers is one of our favourite challenges. Especially when it comes to filling positions that all previous service providers have already found too challenging.

In 2019, we received a request from a client looking for a senior UX designer. No problem in itself, but this person should be able to start on site at short notice: Namely, in Stockholm. We promptly managed to present the suitable candidate from our network of contacts and successfully placed them after a logic test and interview. But the task went on. With a lead time of only a few days, we had to get the candidate on the plane to Sweden as fast as possible, and also find and arrange the necessary accommodation for them.

In the end, everything worked smoothly. Our colleague supported the design team in Sweden for a successful 6 months.
